Or more commonly known as "Buffs plz".

Been so long since I made anything of my favorite OC. Much love on him, Kags is my opium for life. And no, he is not a RO only character, contrary to popular belief. I just tend to use his name for every male High Priest I play, and is too lazy to draw him in any other outfit. 8D;;;

Made some changes on the suit and the such, any avid fan should be able to spot them. This picture has actually antagonized me in my pursuit to make him not look gay. All attempts have succumbed. Winged helms and flappity clothing does not make one look macho. D8
